I have always been hesitant about publicly sharing ‘achievements,’ because no one gets to see their behind-the-scenes.

And I’ve been overthinking this lately; how (what seems to be) my consistency could be demotivating someone else and making them feel they can never do this. The truth is, I’ve had my fair share of “will-never-be-able-to-do-this” days, too and I would hate for someone to think that what seems to be happening now is how it has always been for me.

I have my days, too. Writing is not always easy for me. And I’m largely able to do it because I know it’s going to get me somewhere one day; just like my attempts for over 7 years are getting me somewhere today. (alhamdulillah!) I have lived with a perfectionist mindset my whole life, and I would really hate to know that the perfectionist in someone else’s mind, talks to them badly because of me. So I’m posting this to let you know, there‘s always A LOT more to what you think you see.

Never forget that.
