He knows you, He knows exactly what you need to learn and what you can endure at certain phases of your life, and so He sends you those who’ll help get you there, because it’s what He’s already planned for you. You don’t get there because of them; they’re rather sent your way because you’re meant to arrive somewhere you might have never even realized you need to be. Regardless of the pain.
