Healing through hearing

Because the soothing impact of knowing those thoughts will land right where they’re supposed to, has the power to quiet down the potential doubts of misinterpretations or judgments. Because you no longer deal with their ear or even their mind, you directly deal with their heart. The heart that has the capacity to hold space for you, while you slowly learn to mend your own broken pieces inside.
