The 99 Names of Allah bring so much mercy and magic into our lives, once we take the time to connect with them on a deeper level and recognize the wisdom they carry. And so every month, we focus on one of those names; experiencing it through our hearts, bonding with it through journaling prompts, listening to the unique perspectives each person brings to the group, and ultimately incorporating it into our everyday lives.

Manal Alquddos is a Spiritual Healing Practitioner in training at the Institute of Spiritual Healing in Florida. She is also a Holistic Wellness Coach providing different means to healing, and the co-founder of Malaz Team – which aims to create safe spaces that allow for connection and spiritual healing through various workshops and retreats.
Basma Zaki is a certified Journaling Instructor from The Center for Journal Therapy in Colorado, and a Journal Facilitator in training at the Therapeutic Writing Institute. She runs several workshops and writing circles to help individuals navigate their way through life, using simple journaling techniques aimed at personal growth, creative expression and life enrichment.

Will this be recorded?
No, we prefer to keep our shared online space private and in the moment.
Do I need to turn my video on?
In order to foster deeper presence and connection with other members of the group, it is recommended to keep your video on at least 80% of the session.
Will I have to share my writing pieces/thoughts with others?
You don’t have to if you don’t want to. This is mainly designed to help get your own words/thoughts flowing. There’s a certain power to sharing in a group setting, but if you don’t feel comfortable, you will never be obliged to do so.
