Corporate Sessions

Journaling in groups is a very effective method for building connections across teams, as well as supporting mental health at the workplace.

This is usually done in the form of short 30-60 minute sessions during the work day, or longer ones in observance of specific international days (ex: World Mental Health Day, International Women's Day, World Environment Day, etc.)
