Sometimes I wonder if I could have ever survived through the hardships of this life without believing in a God. Without being able to talk to Him and tell Him how much it all hurts, and how much I just don’t understand. Sometimes I wonder if I would’ve been able to stay sane without remembering the only One who has the power to keep our hearts in place. And sometimes I wonder how I could be granted such a blessing – with absolutely no doing from my side, yet still unconsciously add “turning back to Him” as my very last resort.
